Knoll Beach is a popular destination for holiday makers, it is located on the South Coast of England. The area is at risk from sea and tidal flooding. Having previously supplied the National Trust, Fluvial Innovations was asked to supply its FloodBlock™ barrier to protect another at risk location. FloodBlock™ brings the added advantage of stacking into a minimal space when not in use.

Following supply of the flood barrier the Fluvial Innovations team visited to support a training day to ensuring all National Trust staff members onsite knew how to rapidly deploy the system during a tidal threat. The training day was a complete success and the barrier was rapidly deployed around the assets that required protection with ease.
